4-bolt flange bearings provide a broad mounting surface with four fixing points and are available for the widest range of shaft diameters in the MOVET Blue series. Take-up bearing units are designed for applications in which the bearing position must remain adjustable within a guide or tensioning system. They are commonly used where shafts, belts or chains need to be aligned or tensioned. The housing dimensions and adjustment path must match the existing machine construction.
Check Bore Spacing and Mounting Dimensions
The shaft diameter identifies the required bearing bore, but it does not fully determine the correct bearing unit. The distance between the mounting holes, housing height, overall width and position of the shaft centre must also correspond to the machine or conveyor frame.
