Selecting Hygienic Flange Covers by Thread and Overall Height

The hygienic flange cover must match both the threaded spindle of the levelling foot and the available installation space. MOVET supplies stainless steel hygienic flange covers for M24 and M30 machine feet with overall heights of 85 or 110 mm. This allows the component to be matched to the machine frame, spindle size and required distance between the frame and supporting surface.

Before selecting a flange cover, check the thread size, overall height and available mounting surface against the machine construction. The flange covers are made from AISI 304 stainless steel, measure 98 × 98 mm and comply with the 3-A Sanitary Standard for hygienically demanding machinery and production equipment.
