Designed for easy installation
The wear-resistant strip material offers high abrasion resistance and enables fast installation. Depending on thickness and radius, MOVET Fix wear strips can also be used in curved applications, allowing flexible conveyor designs.
Application
The mounting surface must be free of dust and grease to ensure proper adhesion. Depending on the applied pressure, the optimal bonding strength is achieved immediately.

Antistatic version made from PE UHMW ESD
The PE UHMW ESD version is electrically conductive and specifically designed for applications where electrostatic charge must be avoided. The material provides reliable protection against static build-up and ensures safe electrostatic discharge. This helps protect sensitive components, electronic parts and delicate production environments.
With a surface resistance of 102 – 103 Ω, the material meets the requirements for dissipative plastics and is particularly suitable for applications with increased ESD requirements, such as electronics manufacturing, packaging technology or automated conveyor systems.
